Submit Work to the Anthology
We are a social justice publication at Emory University compiling the nonfiction & creative nonfiction writing and artwork of survivors of relationship abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault created in response to their individual healing experiences. We also accept and encourage pieces from advocates, allies, and active bystanders who have dedicated their time and resources to helping survivors. Our goal is to provide a creative outlet for healing and solidarity while raising awareness.
We aim to publish everything from personal poetry to essays about self-empowerment to expressive paintings and drawings, so almost anything goes. Those who submit retain full ownership of their work. All submissions will be published anonymously and treated confidentially, and we aim to accept all submissions.
To submit work, please simply email your piece(s) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and also fill out this short Google form: https://goo.gl/forms/BPkN5nIrMtyTie103
Thank you so much for your interest in submitting!
PLEASE NOTE: The 2018 anthology (volume II) has already been created. All submissions will now be accepted for our next anthology (volume III), to be published in spring 2019.
